HEDONIS GRAND CRU (6%) – the official anniversary beer for 10 years of Hedonis.

For this special edition, we did something exceptional.

Our beloved Suzanne (saison) matured for no less than 2 years in Chardonnay barrels, giving her an elegant, soft wine-like structure.

After that, she was blended with a 100% Brett beer, adding an extra dry, funky touch.

The result?
A complex, lively and refreshing beer with true Gueuze vibes—without being a Gueuze.

INGREDIËNTEN: water, gerstemout, roggemout, hop, gist.
INGRÉDIENTS: eau, malt d’orge, malt de seigle houblon, levure.
INGREDIENTS: water, barley malt, rye malt, hops, yeast. this beer particularly interesting for collectors as well.
