What if the order is damaged, incomplete or lost?
We are shipping heavy and fragile products. Although we pack the beer, glasses and other products so there’s a low risk of breaking, it could happen you receive a broken bottle or glass.
When you receive a damaged good, please contact us as soon as possible by mail (email@example.com) with a photo of the broken product(s) in the box.
We will refund you the broken bottles if we receive the above information max. within 5 days of receipt. In all other cases the damaged product will not be refunded or retransmitted.
Orders shipped to outside Europe can only be refunded.
What if I want to return the product?
The return has to be announced within 7 working days by email. Next, the products need to be send back to us in the original packaging with the original labels and cards within 7 working days.
The return costs are for your account. We advise you to send us the package registered and that you provide it with a tracking number.
The articles have to be send back new, unopened and undamaged. If you fulfill all the conditions, you will get back the entire purchase price.
