Excuse Me While I Kiss Cassandra

After the successful collab with Siphon Brewing in 2019, we decided to brew this topper again this year! Excuse Me While I Kiss Cassandra is an imperial oyster/coffee stout. That means it is brewed with real coffee and oyster shells, which create an improbably deep flavor palette in the beer. The 10.5% alcohol content gives you a warm mouthfeel.
Since 2022, Siphon Brewing has been part of Hedonis Craft Beer, which is also why we are releasing this beer once again in a limited series of 1,000 75cl bottles! The labels have unique numbering (1/1000, 2/1000,...) so every bottle you buy is a unique piece.
The name is a nod to both breweries' stout beers: Excuse Me While I Kiss My Stout (Hedonis) and Cassandra (Siphon).
